Terms and conditions
Article 1 - A binding contract between us will comes into existence when we issue confirmation of your booking letter with a deposit of 20 % of the price of your stay with at least 230€. You cannot stay longer that what the contract says without asking if there is a possibility.
Article 2 – Cancellation: If you cancel your Holiday you will be responsible for any monies paid (non refundable deposit).
Article 3 - You arrive for your holiday on the day and time mentioned on the contract unless we are notified of your late arrival.
Article 4 - The balance of the price of holiday must be paid upon arrival.
Article 5 – All accommodation are fully equipped with cooking and domestic utensils. Adequate duvets and bed linen are provided.
Article 6 - You will be required to leave the place as you found it at arrival.
Article 7 –Sound producers are not to be played at any time, especially after
10pm in the evening.
Article 8 – The number of persons allowed in all accommodation is restricted to the number of berths in the accommodation. Only the persons listed on the registration form may occupy the accommodation. All reservation must include a person 18 years of age.
Article 9 – All homes are non-smoking and no pets are allowed in any accommodation, no pet are allowed to be left in a car.
Article 10 - Assurances: You are responsible of all breakage, including windows and any damage caused by you or a member of your party and these must be replaced or paid for, prior to departure. You are responsible of your children.
Article 11 - Returnable breakage deposit of 200€.
Article 12 – We cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation or refunds for any damage or inconvenience caused by Force Majeure including extreme weather conditions.
